They will be holding Spring Term peer groups virtually, and we will link the interest form here once it is available.

They have a weekly newsletter that highlights recipes, music, and books to try while quartintiing in. And, anyone can write an article for them using this link.

They also have meetings Mondays 8-9pm that are open to everyone.

The hEARt Listens App is “a peer support chat therapy app, made by students for students.” hEARt quickly and anonymously connects undergraduates who want to talk about their mental health with another student on their campus who is uniquely qualified to listen. This student will be a member of hEARt’s organization and will have personal experience overcoming the mental health challenges facing the user, as well as extensive training in active listening and crisis management.”

For more information about hEARt listens, visit heartlistens.com or email heart.team@umich.edu
